Celluloid was used after the war up to the 1960's. Hat is postwar. I would return it.

i was having a solid doubt,the guy was ready to return my money,then i saw that Klotz label and i took it,but on the next militaria show,i gonna return it

was 450 euros,not cheap for a bad one
and an honnest price for a good one
