Good question!
Any opinions based only on the logo would be risky: in fact, I've seen so far this logo (a capital K superimposed on the vessel’s sail) used on postwar visors by many companies, but some of them were definitely established long before the WW2:
Gebr. KLOTZ of Kiel
R. KRAUSE Jr. of Kappeln
Gustav BURGHOFF KG Hute u. Mutzen inh. R.u.M. WEGENER, untere Konigstrasse 66, Kassel
G. WORTMANN of Lubeck
Carl KOHRT of Kiel, (who used also a lighthouse, painted with three alternate blue stripes, against which a wave breaks itself. This logo was used also by Nordsee Mutze Buss & Simon of Wilhelmshaven).
So, as you see, the state of the available information does not allow me to make a serious assessment
As it can count, I agree with Kapitänleutnant Philipp Thomsen
