Panzer visor on e-stand..

Hello fellow collectors ,

I would like to discuss this panzer visor currently for sale :

Is it just me or do I see some faint white spots coming threw the pink piping ???
Looks like a painted Infantry visor , but I could be wrong....

Seen it as well, on the side shot even more visable. But it can be the flash as wel....I prefer to hear more experienced collector's opinions
