    Cavalry em/nco visor cap help

    Hi guys.

I would need you opinion about this cavalry visor cap. Is a early visor cap?

The eagle is in a very rare condition.

    Regards.

I would not say overly early - probably 1938-early 40's? Did you lift up the sweat band to see if there are ny dates or maker/unit marks?

      I agree with DonC

In my opinion, an honest pre-war contract visor with an approx reattached peak and an eagle abused by its former owner or by someone else. You must add pictures of the inside to see if there are stamps of the unit which it belong (on the sweatband) and if the front insignias are original.

      Best regards

          Hallo txuko

          In my opinion, not unusual.

Is there any signs of previous holes in the inside front of the lining & cardboard or everything is in order?
