I agree with Lenny look's to be a good cap with replaced insignia and some little issues with the liner. To settle the liner problem, have him turn the cap inside out and take good picture of the liner. I like the cap, but it would depend on the price for me. Just curious about the RBNr. and any makers marks.
I see the bias tape under the flap scallop, another plus. Just my 2 cents. DL

Thanks a lot to all, it looks like the cap was sold for 400 Euros to France.
I will wait for another Helferin cap to appear.
