Bullion Hat Eagle

I am wondering if this bullion eagle is authentic. No glow under u.v. light on the front or back. The loose thread burns, rather than melts. No backing paper. I did a forum search of bullion examples and saw similar styles in both the repro and the righteous categories. Any help is appreciated.
