                          Could anyone tell me if there were Bergmuetzen without a Schweisband and with two adjuststraps under the Laps?

                            If we are talking about the standard issue cap (not private purchase), the sweatband should be present (either completely around or just in the front). I'm not sure what you mean about "two adjuststraps under the laps", but if you mean the small loops sewn to the flap at the location of each ear, that feature is only found on the Einheitfeltmuetze (M43). These were designed to hold an earmuff.

                            If a cap was a private purchase, features of the Bergmuetze and M43 were often mixed on one cap.

                            There are some issue M43's that have Bergmuetze features and even more that have Gebirgstruppen insignia.

                            I hope that addresses your question.

                              Many Thanks Matt, yes that was exactly what i wanted to know, i have a mint one but without swetband and with this to small loops , but cant get send pictures, couse i am not at home till april, but then i will put some pictues on, cheers again
