Salty Heer (possibly KM?) bullion offisor visor cap with orange piping. for review

I just got this today, wandering exactly what it is and a fair asking price for it. I sold a similar KM visor cap in similar condition without the visor for $750 a few months ago, it did not have orange piping though.

Also would just like to point out, the tape is from the tag that described it for the auction, the visor is not taped on.
