LW general visor cap opinion needed!

Hello,

here with pictures from a LW visor cap for general, white top; what's your opnion on this cap?

Many thanks for any help, I'm a pickelhaube guy, starting learning about lw visors......

I don't have a good feeling at this. The white top is in unused and in mint condition and the rest is much used? Okay, could be washed, but who did this on an high value cap?

Can we see some pictures from under the sweat band?

Looks like the sweatband might have been replaced? There's soiling on the interior liner, but no visible signs of usage on the sweatband?
