I cannot make it out from the link you posted.
Seems like some belive in them and some not.
So, how should I treat this item? How should I sell it and for how much?
Any opinion about a fair value?

Does it have an ink (like ball point pen style) size marking on it?

These remain highly controversial. I have owned several over the years and remember when they were first available on the market.

When compared to the "textbook" Berolinas there are differences in the eagle, markings, etc. Most are missing the eye in the eagle. This one appears to have it.

Honestly, I think it is up to the buyer to decide, based on all the information we have posted about them.
