M43 cap ?

Do feel this M43 cap is from the period ?
What could be a fair price for it ?

So far I can see it looks like a okay Polizei cap. The one piece insignia is obviously missing, can't comment if the GJ edelweiss is originally attached but this was not uncommon for Polizei units to wear in mountainous areas.

Fair price would be around 400-450 Euro IMO.
