Bought it as an Transport one, even piping seems more grey than light blue.

Very difficult to say from pics.....I really hope for you it turns out to be an ultra rare "propaganda" cap.........

Nice Erel, piping looks light blue at the rear view. The rest looks like faded blue to me.
