    SS cap eagle: fake or original?

    As I got some indication that this eagle found on a fake cap (Thread: http://dev.wehrmacht-awards.com/foru...d.php?t=622709), might be an original "unmarked Assmann", I hereby let it get a thread of it's own. Is the front pic sufficient in order to judge? THX for you input!

    On this clearer shot I now believe it's a fake.
