Fake geb officer erel on dealers site

Just whant to tell that Relics of the Reich are trying to sell a fake Erel cap.

Its have code 2987 and is on the first page ,have a look.

Stay away its my imo anyway.

I looked at it, and Kent sent me additional pictures. The hat exhibits a lot of wear, and the wearer was a fan of hair grease (pomade). I think it is simply a well-worn late-war piece, which immediately preceded the last-ditch M-45 Erel.

I saw this one, too. I am not crazy about the logo fonts as they appear blurry and thick, and the sweat rhomboid also looks thick and plastic-like to me like the Latvian Specials. I have to admit, however, that the rest of the cap looks like a legit Erel.

Maybe I'm out of touch with late made Lubsteins but the colour of the lining and non-embossed patent on the s-band along with the blurry application are all deal-breakers for me.
