i havent seen a luft one like this but i have seen heer ones, this does not mean yours is not real but being not a standard issue hat these can be difficult to give the thumbs up or down.

These were issued to Luftwaffe and are more desirable to the other type. The cockade isn't supposed to be there though. More pictures required.

I've seen a period photo of the winged cockade applied to a fur cap. I'd guess, however, that it would be a pretty scarce occurrence.
