    Really nice NCO Extramutze with a rare distributor from East Prussia.

    Hat looks like a Clemens Wagner.

            As Bob already pointed out... Tilsit was the easternmost city of the German Reich. When the Soviet Army occupied the city in January 1945, it wasn't exactly a private-purchase dress visor you'd take with you. Hence, only very few of these Eastern Prussian made caps survived. In all of my years of collecting, I have never encountered a surviving example from Tilsit. Amazing score ...

            If you ever get sick of it, please keep me in mind for it!
