Up for review - this Infantry Mannschaft's Schirmmutze bought last weekend. Appears to be hardly worn, no makers mark or writing anywhere in the inside. The peak / bill has on the inside a cross-hatch pattern. I'm optimistic the piece is period, but I'm far from a expert. Any information appreciated.
