I am trying to figure out if Freundlich was both a distributor and a maker.

As we know, this Erel Privat was distributed by Freundlich:

Nice Kav a friend of mine picked up from Mike's site. This is a Pekuro distributed by Freundlich:

I have a feeling Freundlich could not keep up with demand, and had to make up for the same by ordering from the big boys, Lubstein & Pekuro.
