WH feldmutze...

I have seen these before, but I believe it is a Czech(?) cap modified for WH use. There appears to be a rampant lion above the 1938 date. Any opinions?

Period CZECH conversion to Wehrmacht livery..missing full sweatband..Its real but the best part IMO is the early bergmutze insignia so often applied to then as in this case... Billbert

There is a faint stitch line running right above the stitching that secures the lining, but who removed it...?...prior to 1978 I guess. Thanks!

As said above; period conversion of PRE war Czechoslovak army cap dated 1938.
