Blue peaked cap with pink piping, kriegs flag, SA dagger and awards! Help!

Hi all,

I was recently offered this group, could anyone tell me what type of hat this is and what would be a fair price to pay? It comes with a slightly damaged SA dagger, battle/kriegsmarine flag, what looks like a four year service badge, HJ pin and hopefully and original destroyer war badge. Keeping my fingers crossed everything is good, I already requested more pictures!

The cap is Volunteer Fire Department but it has the wrong insignia on it.

Wonderful, so it is probably worth $100 or less? The guy was convinced it was a panzer hat, at 100% legit since a soldier gave it to him

The medal is probably the best thing so far, if not a fake.

Agreed. Piping is actually Carmine, not pink. This is the kind of insignia it should have (from the legendary Ron R collection):
