Help with visor ID

Hi guys.

Got this visor with a lot that i bought and got home yesterday, this was not one of the ones i the lot i wanted, but it were in it anyways.

The problem is, i don't know what it is? of course a visor cap, but it's origin etc.

Some told me it might be a Russian one, and ive also heard otherwise regarding this one.

Im really curious of what it really is

It is post-1945, thats for sure. Probably for some sort of singing (sangerbund) organisation.

I got some new info about this cap actually.

It's from the ( sorry for my bad translation ) The Norwegian police troops, those who trained in sweden etc under Ww2 etc etc.
