    Black backed bullion visor wreath

I posted this black backed bullion visor wreath in the Political section as I believe its a cut down...(clipped) Diplomat one...
    A shame really...now pretending to be "Heer"-like...
    and advertised as such...

I believe its real and for a high ranking diplomat's visor cap.
Thoughts? (not received any replies in the political section...so I'm trying here)

From the same source this KM tropical eagle...advertised as a breast eagle
but its clearly a tropical KM cap eagle (also coming my way...)

    Thoughts on BOTH?

Maybe you should have tried in the cloth headgear forum.

I haven't handled enough of these Diplomatic and Staatsbeamte visor caps to help there. Just know that the ones I have handled had slightly different embroidery (the angle is different). Here is a picture of my fieldgrey Diplo visor for comparison...

That's an awesome cap Kurt. I also saw the tunic it came with. You have amazing material!
OK I can try the headgear forum...Tried Political already....

What about the KM Tropen cap eagle? I say Yes! ( I guess I can repost that in the KM section now that we have one!)

            Nick,

It also appears to be from a Luft Officers cap to me.

              Thanks guys!
I had the answer in my collection...my (salty) LW officer's cap...
so the LW cockarde wings were clipped as well as removal of the acorns....
No wonder I could not ID it as Luftwaffe! OK I will pass on it!

What about the tropical KM eagle?
