Fur hat

My friend got this fur hat and he would like to know if it is german ww2 and what would be the normal price for it?

definately not german but soviet style winter cap.

Construction , lack of fur ( the soviet one has syntetic sheep 'fur' and german has real rabbit fur ).

I have a question regarding the magazine - it´s Slovenian version of "Der Untermensch"?
And - can you maybe show the front / cover side of this magazine?
Never seen Slovenian version before...
