Looks like an original used Dachau SS panzer M-43, instead of the usual mint ones. Either is nice depending on preference.

I agree it is an original Dachau Pz. M43. That being said, this cap is a safe bet for investment, and a quick turn around for profit for dealer and a skeptical collector. I personally really dislike these caps, poorly made,and doesn't have the traditional M43 lines. It's a good cap, just ugly as sin. And yet, they will bring 2 to 3 grand, amazing....Thanks. Dave.

Thanks everyone who responded, I have purchased this one for a fairly reasonable price, I believe. First SS Panzer Cap, so I am excited. Hopefully have an earlier one sometime in my collection in the future.

Let me say that in my brief time here on the forum, I am learning daily and thanks so much to all those that take the time to share their insight/knowledge.
