This is a removable summer officer peak but with metal eagle.The maker is HATRIKA SONDERCLASSE .The celluliod is hard and brittle. Is it original or post war and did they have metal eagles for officers ?

I believe that 'Hatrika" is a logo often used by the fakers. This one looks like a reproduction/fake to me.

If the underside of visor is pebbled, it's a fake.

To answer one of your original questions, metal eagles were used occassionally by Luftwaffe officers. You see them infrequently on standard visors, and more commonly on summer visors.
