Admin or Customs Visor?

Hi All -

I picked this up at the Max this past weekend. It had a mix of Heer and Customs insignia (Heer eagle and wreath, Customs chin cord) on it at the time, but I was wondering which it might be. I can find no traces of other insignia having been on the cap Any help appreciated!

The sweatband is dark green leather. Celluloid sweat diamond.

I had wondered that too, Billbert, because of the maker's mark, but the color is spot-on for Admin.
