Single button M43 cap for review

I have this one for years. IMHO it is WW2 period but I've never seen the same one with this small buton and from this maker.
What do you think ??

Is it 0-0250-2359 ? I can't read cery well. I didn't find it anyway.

It is weird to me that there are "-", not "/"
