This erel is admin with, seller says, a gray band and piping (looks blue to me.) not a kriegsdauer so what is it for?

Some mothing of the piping exposing the wire, and a few light tracks on top. Lining looks good.

Wot're these worth nowadays please?

Also it seems early despite the longwing eagle, and a side view showed a teller rather saddle form.

With this one terrible photo you don't really expect an answer do you? If this is being offered to you with just this photo it'd be best to walk away IMO.

If real and an Erel I'd say you could pay twice as much as for a regular Admin visor as this one is for a Sonderführer and ultra rare... I agree with Erich though that you should ask for more pics!
