            Congratulations David! I actually prefer the pre-43 configurations, but that is a real stunner! Plus, as eReL general's go, it is even rarer without the vent grommet.

              Once again, awesome looking cap, David! What is the size of this one?

              I wonder if this one can really be classified as a late war cap? I remember Nick saying they stopped using bullion around 41? If that's true, this one would have been made before 42, which would be considered a mid-war cap, right? It seems that most late-war caps have celleon pipings.
