Luftwaffe Hermann Göring Visor Cap

Hello,

I don't know anything at all about visors but I have some questions about this Luftwaffe Hermann Göring visor cap.

It is priced on Klaus's website at 1300 euro. I take this to be expensive as it has been on the website for some time now or is there something else wrong with it?

Yes, I have see it there too. My opinion is that the cap is very
non-standard. If it were maker marked from a traditional maker of issue types or had all of the hallmarks of a typical custom tailor, people may be moving much more quickly to pick it up. It very well may be original, it just doesn't jump out at me.

Also IMHO with white piped luftwaffe you will NEVER be sorry IF you buy the standard contract elisted cap made by a half dozen or so makers..And often unit marked to boot !!! Billbert

This cap has been on the site for quite some time. Bill Shea has a no questions HG cap for $1,995; only issue, to me, is that the sweatband is torn a bit.
