I am sure all of you saw this on the e-stand a few days ago. I ended up purchasing it and was wondering if anyone could ID it for me. I am thinking some sort of political organization?

Thanks, there is definitely evidence of an eagle and cockade that were once there. Is that the same type of cockade that was used on FSP visors?
