I am being asked to place an offer for this cap.
My focus is on helmets so I am not good in
judging it and need your help.
My own quick research resulted in the buckle being not standard?

maybe just a civilian type cap with HJ emblem added when ?

It is a civilian cap, HJ cap are RZM tagged and rzm marked buckle.
