Again, a nice Erel. Ideally you would photograph it next to an artillery visor to see the contrast in color. I lean towards it being a recruiter though.
This is a recruiter/ordinance that was recently on the Estand; no doubts about its color.

Karl was kind enough to post this cap for me, which I picked up at the SOS. We both felt strongly that it is orange, or orange-red, not the red of artillery. When this cap was put next to my enlisted artillery cap, or Karl's officer version, you can see a very distinct difference in shade, which seems not to show up well in photos, despite Karl's skill.
Certainly, the shade is not the vivid orange of the Estand cap, but I believe that it's not artillery red either.

These are EM/NCO visors, but you can see the difference.

Here they are Erich, the Artillty is "B". Peter, your orange piped cap is a vivid orange that was used by the MP's IMHO. The Requiter/Ordinance is a more Red/Orange mix as far as I know.
