TSD = Truppen Sonderdienst, or Special Troop Service. An administrative branch of the Wehrmacht that was created in 1944.

The were the successors to the Heeresverwaltung Administrative officials when those men were fully brought into the Wehrmacht in 1944. Their Waffenfarbe was "Dragoner Blau" or a medium blue between transport and medical. They carreid the Mercurian staff as a cypher on their shoulderboards.
