IMO a discutable point are the airholes, i dont know them in this form.

The pictures are fuzzy but it looks to be an original cap with possible replaced insignia. In fact the quality of the images does the opinions that you seek no favours

Eagle and cockade are nice originals. They are both desirable types i.e. grey on black eagle and first model cockade. These may have been resewn post war but even with a war time hand application it is always hard to know for sure. Unless of course, you know that it is one of the manufacturers who always used hand application. Please post a clearer image of both the eagle and the cockade.

The soutache does not look to be correct however and appears hand applied.
Clearer images would help. You possibly have a cap there which has had its soutache removed during the war and someone has put one back on post war. Double check this by posting clearer images.

Nothing looks to be wrong with the grommets but it is hard to be certain because of the quality of the photos , I have seen that type before on original war time caps. They have a semi-flat or flat reinforcement washer and a less common type of crimping. Are they magnetic or non-magnetic because there looks to be zinc corrosion or something around the washer. Sometimes with this type of grommets, you can encounter a steel grommet and a zinc reinforcement washer or vice-versa. Again a clear image of both the front and the back would help.
