I am contemplating buy this overseas cap and cannot find a decent reference to compare prices, does anyone have any idea what it is worth?

Its an interesting variant as its in "trikot" striped fine wool, so officers quality [but NCO ranked],
as opposed to regular fuzzy wool.
I like it, especially since the green backed eagle could be the waffenfarbe for Flemish volunteers.
Is it RZM labeled? (or foreign tailor made? tagged?)

Price: I've seen these go as low as high $300's, as high as low $500's... depending on seller (dealer or collector), also depending on waffenfarbe, a rank if any, RZM tag if any and its overall condition
