                Ciao Alex

I see no signs of artificial aging. Therefore, (excluding the eagle, wreath & cockade, which were put down, in my opinion), whatever it is, I think it has a certain age and deserves to be seriously identified.

                      Ciao Alex

Are you able to decypher the print on the lining?

It seems to me DRP BLN 2

DRP=Deutsches Reichspost. It may be an NCO for the Postschutz for the eastern territories (with incorrect insignia).
