in the past I see a lot of senios officer caps and had also some in my hands.
Around 99% of all caps had the oaks always like the same type.
In the center the right oakleaf showed upwards and the left downward. I'm shure this was the standard type. See picture number 2 to 4.
The question is what is with the type who had the oak leaves the other way around . See on picture number 1
I cannot see this type at Bundesmarine or DDR caps. What's the background of this typs like on picture 1. Is this type post-war period ?
