Strange Kriegsmarine "Donald Duck" cap

Can anyone please fill me in on this hat? I can get better photos but wanted to know if I even dare prior to asking. Thank you!

Bad IMHO.

The tally looks to be silk screen lettering and not stitching. The lettering looks completely off.

Is the cockade sewn on? That would be a first for that as the cockades I have always seen on the sailor's "donald duck" hats have been metal.

The lettering is the dead give away and the construction. Looks like a pieced together hat with a horrible tally fake.

Can we see the inside of the hat?
