Strange Feldmütze on original Pic ??

    My fellow collectors ,

I am preparing a thread about a nice M 35 helmet that is named and came
together with some pics of the soldier.
While preparing some pics I noticed a quite unusual Feldmütze that is worn.

May I have some information on this one ??

    Thanks a lot !

In the next pic we can see this soldier next to a comrade and it
is obvious that there is a difference in the Feldmützen they are wearing.
Especially the bulls eye - cockade-seems too far up on the right guy`s cap.

    Thank you !!

    Regards

    Bernhard

They all appear to be in Heer trop tunics and the first cap you posted with the grommet is probably a Heer trop side cap, IMO.

Probably just the m43 style T 1 piece insignia in waht we collectors would call unorthodox use but just using whats available OR the newest style..Billbert

Nah they never did that..Oh yes they did...

Jerry and billbert thank you both for your inputs.
I did not think of the T one piece insignia but it seems very
          plausible to me.

I just added another pic of these two Soldaten showing a very "stylish"
way to wear their white scarfs and the Feldmützen.
Sorry for the bad quality !

          Regards

Tunics are M-40 feldgrau Feldblusen, notice the buttonholes on the left (wearer's left) lapel, a feature which is absent on tropical M-40s.
