Kriegsmarine Admin field grey OKK crusher

I wanted to show you my latest acquisition and restoration project. It's a field grey Kriegsmarine OKK crusher. I'm really happy with it.

Merry Christmas (for the Europeans at least)... Kurt

                    Kurt,

Who else would be posting this but you! At some point at least a glimmer of guilt must slip into your head over your hoarding tendencies. We have some good Doctors here who can really help with this.

I can personally help by relieving you of some of the burden of your overflowing home. I hear there is barely room to walk between all the piles of caps. I have space available and you could even come and visit them.

                      Rich,

Rubbish festive joke for you, what does O.K.K. stand for?

                      Oh Krap we're Kaput!

Very kaputt Ben, that's the beauty of it though, isn't it?

OKK stands for OffizierskleiderKasse der Kriegsmarine. I normally don't trust a lot of these KM caps (lots of similar post-war caps and other "recycled" TR organisations). With these OKK items, it's pretty obvious though that they also started life in the service of the Kriegsmarine...

Richard, I thought you were more into gold bullion?

Well I was, but you keep coming up with all these new crushers and now I've gotten hooked on them. I went and smashed all my caps that weren't crushers to make them look like crushers, added bills to my overseas caps and smashed them. Put bills on my panzer berets and smashed them...now I want some real ones!

It's all your fault...and I have started dance lessons, will that help me along?

                              Richard,

I'm happy to read that you have apparently overcome the habit of hunting down every little bit of gold you can find.
