Hi Jozef,
I am no expert, but I believe this cap is for German National Postal Service. It is clearly missing the cockade, wreath, eagle, and chinstrap (either a cord or leather strap depending on whether it was for an NCO or officer). I hope this helps.

Well, if it's for the Nazi Postal Service, then where's the piping on the bottom of the capband ??

Agreed the sweat shield appears to be soft plastic, not brittle celluloid war time material... and I concur it lacks the bottom piping
for it to be postal (orange piping) or Fire (carmine red piping). So most likely West German and stripped of its post war insignia....
