Visor eagle ?? Good or bad ??

Hello gents,

this eagle was mounted on a Bundesmarine visor, made by Geiger in Kiel.
For sure a postwar one (the visor) because it was made for the "Kleiderkasse of the Bundeswehr) but that was darkened with an Edding pencil

I would like to know if the eagle has some chances to be wartime or is it a complete fake?
