Looks like an original EM's officer upgrade to me (removed soutache,original applied insignia)..IMO

That is, the original forage-cap, but the eagle and koarda copies soutache just copy?
Do I understand correctly? I just communicate through an online translator, and the meaning of some messages I do not understand.

Eagle and cockarde are original and look original to the hat.

It looks like it had a branch of service soutache at some point and it was removed.

As far as the officers piping...Without seeing it in hand,it is anyone's guess as to when that was applied.
