    Panzer M43 w/ "T trap" insignia

    Hi everyone,
I've been very fortunate as of late in the M43 arena; thanks to a fellow forum member, below is my latest acquisition an M43 panzer with a "T trap" insignia no less. Trap carefully and expertly (and convincingly) applied to the cap by another forum member. Enjoy.

The liner shows consistent wear with the rest of the cap.

Here's the cap with his feldgrau cousin (I posted this one in detail a few days ago). The feldgrau one has an originally sewn trap.

Give a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.

It was recently offered up by the previous owner... Perhaps that's where you remember seeing it?

I would have loved to have grabbed this one but the price was simply waaaaaaay beyond what I could afford or ever bring myself to pay. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the asking price Never the less - it's a unquestionably original and nicely restored cap.
