Peaked Cap Eagle: Fake?

Sorry for the bad photos, but they are all I have. This is the front of it;

If it is fake, the front is very detailed for being a fake. The problem I have is not the detailing, but the pins. They are the brass color shown in the picture, and it looks like they are soldered on, with the right glob of solder being bigger than the left. Are these good? I think they are fake but I just want to make sure. Another problem is the material, it's very weak and i can nearly fold the eagle in half with just two fingers.

Its a fake. It is stamped tin. These were found on some early Alteste's.
