    it is not cloth insignia but it is paper insignia !!

    That is the insignia for Coast Artillery. Made of paper and looks to have been nailed or sewn? Duty Roster insignia for a wall?

        Hello Nico,
        If sewn to a uniform, it would not survive a cleaning or being out in the rain. That is why I suggest it may have been in on a wall mounted board to tell when the soldier had to perform duty.
