Very nice Paul but I believe both hats you show in the period photos are M42's (like the one you show) with added visors.Quite common to see M42's with 2 pc insignia.

Im still looking to locate an M43 cap with that insig Glenn, i know i have one somewhere in my files, regarding that other cap you posted....I feel warm and fuzzy inside.
