m 35 field cap with black cocarde

I have this cap since a few years; I think it's a good one but want to know if you have already seen this kind of making ?
Cocarde seems to be panzer? Could it be period done ?

cockade looks deep navy blue to me could we see better pics of the markings and grommets please cap looks original with replaced insignias

may be the dark cocarde with feldgrau underlay; hard to say when it was done

thanks you for your time in posting the additional pics, original cap with possible replaced insignia ,also it does look more black in your new pics
