    Hello

Can I have your opinion on this cap.
The inside of the cap looks more new because of the flash of the camera.

    Here are the picture:

Give a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.

              Not a good one IMO..
Shape , lining marking and button holes are odd..

                  m43 hat

Why is this hat in some of your opinions not good?It has a late war trapazoid that is machine stiched and the shape looks fine.Tell me more.

                    m43 hat

I just wanted to know because I own this cap now which I found on this forum.Do they sometimes sew original trapazoids to repo hats? This trapazoid is sewen inthe inside underneath the rayon which to me looks completely original!!!!! do they go that far with repos!!! also there is like a white corrosion underneath the buttons which have caused the thread and material to look a little white. This also has the zig-zag stiching which I have noticed is common with late war hats. Please give me some info because I am new to this field!!!!

yes they have been sewing original insignias on reproduction caps for a long time and imo this example is one of them ,and a zigzag stitch to secure the insignias are not so common as well

How can you tell for sure though its a repo?It looks just the way its supposed to look, ive seen repos on this forum and most of them you can tell from one glance. This is a late war hat dont you think at that time they were just throwing things together, doesnt it have a chance?
